My interpretation of the competitors' posts above is not that they think Mid Ohio is "all bad" - I think the question is whether they are keeping pace with their competition, are they still "world class", and does the rental fee and revenue justify better bathrooms (including porta-pots), garbage cans, etc. I want to see Mid Ohio (and Nelson Ledges and PIRC and any other track) succeed. I'm long past being on the NEOhio Comp Board, but Mid Ohio commanded nearly 10X the rental that Nelson Ledges did.
Cheap and crappy is understandable. Expensive and crappy is not something I understand, which is why I don't understand BMWs
