They didn't hide me in this one.  Of course about 10 seconds later I showed everyone the line off the track in turn 1. What was I thinking taking the outside from poll?

The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) is pleased to announce that registration for the 2018 NASA Championships presented by Toyo Tires will open April 6, 2018 at 9 a.m. PST. The NASA Championships move this year to the world-famous Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas. The four-day event will take place September 13-16, 2018.

 

This world-class facility, home to the United States Grand Prix, and some would say the pinnacle of motorsports in the world, also will be where we find out just who are the fastest drivers in the country! This top-level event will feature the inaugural Toyo Tires Classic for Spec Miata competitors, along with 28 classes of wheel-to-wheel competition joined by nine classes of Time Trial competition.

 

Registration for the 2018 NASA Championships presented by Toyo Tires will be strictly based on a first-registered, first-entered basis because space for what is sure to be the biggest amateur motorsports event in 2018 is limited.

 

In addition, NASA once again will make an early-entry reservation option available later this month to anyone who wants to take advantage of the lowest entry prices available for the year. Be sure to log in (you don't have to log in) to nasachampionships.com (check it out now, it has music and videos to get you all excited ) on April 6, 2018 at 9 a.m. PST to secure your spot.

I bet if you asked nicely you could be the color commentator. Let's face it, they don't know any of us except Danny, so adding someone to the booth that knows anyone would help.

In an effort to streamline the on-track experience for all who attend the 2018 NASA Championships presented by Toyo Tires, we will be implementing a new gridding system for this year’s event. Friday morning warm up will be based strictly off the order of registrations we receive for your run group. Your fastest lap during Friday morning warm up will determine your grid position for the first qualifying session on Fri. To ensure yourself a good grid position for the first session of the day on Friday and lock your car number in before someone else, be sure to register early tomorrow morning, April 6, at 9am PST. Remember, we're also offering an "EZ Pay" option similar to the previous two years that will allow you to secure your entry spot in the event with a much smaller down payment early on.

Can you protest the registration process?  What if there is a collision between Ross' and Danica's network packets?  Does Ross' network packet have to leave 3/4 packet width for Danica's packet? 

 

Do all network packets have to fill out a collision form?
