Can you protest the registration process?  What if there is a collision between Ross' and Danica's network packets?  Does Ross' network packet have to leave 3/4 packet width for Danica's packet? 

 

Do all network packets have to fill out a collision form?

 

Normal rule apply.

As long as you have video for the stewards to review it shouldn't be a problem.
