Gale went off coming out of the keyhole on the last lap, and things got a little crazy when he got back on the surface. Spencer and Stasiowski were charging through, and I was able to get an awesome push right before turn 7 from Spencer, pushing me ahead of Sammy in the braking zone. Bolanos was smiling ear to ear watching it all in his mirror!!

Of the cars that finished the 16 laps there were 9 1.6's, 1 94, 2 95, 1 97 & 2 99's.

Of the cars that finished with fewer than 16 laps there were 8 1.6's, 1 94, 1 95, 1 97 & 8 99's.

I know nothing of the track conditions/tires & I don't know enough about many of the drivers to quantify the car/driver results.

To those that know, did the 2011 nasa changes impact the championship race?

Dry conditions until the green flag flew, then the rain came. I think most were on dry tires.
1. Sparks
2. Valafar
3. Stasiowski
4. Spencer.
Post race chatter in the paddock was officials were considering action against Valafar for contact. I saw a couple nudges but no harm no foul, but then again I could only see about half of the track. Great drives by all on the podium in tough conditions.

The real story of the race was Kevin Gleason from p18 to p1 driving the biggest POS car I have ever seen at a local race, let alone a National caliber event!!!! Dude would have won in a landslide had the total turd bucket not shut off on him when he had the race wrapped up.

Congrats to Sparks coming back after hitting the wall to regain the lead at the end.
