NASA Florida did more for the long-term health of their Florida racing series than they could possibly imagine. Good for them! Maybe now they will see their car count increase as a result. As much as I would have loved to see that after being told that I can't drive and don't know how to set up my car properly, I am glad that tech was not biased towards catching one particular (albeit wellknown) cheater. In the qualifying session where his car number was called to tech he was FOUR seconds off the pace, they teched on his car exactly what the teched on everyone elses. Also, NASA FL will not pick on them blatantly as they are the main event sponsor as well as the trophy sponsor.
So...Who won the Charby vs. Prodigy shootout in FLORIDA?

And it was 100% every time
Imagine that. You should have seen the worried look on some of the local SMers faces when we were tearing our cars apart. Some bells were definitely going off in their heads... "I wonder if this old SM I bought has all legal parts?"
One thing is for sure, after this weekend they now understand that those of us that get tore down all the time can't possibly cheat. We are the ones that want more tech!

Thats true! Of course there were 14+ pages (plus a lot of private emails) a few weeks ago trying to explain that to Breathless. But hay what do we know?Imagine that. I takes a lot of balls to cheat, and then to brag about being better than your competitor.
My guess is that JR had no clue but SR who was vary vocal about talents, is just off the Wow Factor map.
Does this mean that the press release factory will be slowing down.

No, charb and I are working one. So far we have the title "44 year old drunken man, 41 year old newbie, and 28 year old cuban refugee sweep NASA FL weekend leaving the competition bre..." That's as far as we've gotten.

From what I understand you press release has to have something in it about alcohol and over sleeping, and ya , winning too.

The next press release I want to see is; Im sorry! I knowingly cheated up my sons car and then made a horses ass out of myself my telling everyone else that they did not know what they were talking about. Oh and going forward I will never let it happen again. Come on Ernie!!! Its time to teach your son the most important lesson of all; responsibility.Good Job NASA, for taking on the extra work but it was well worth it.
Does this mean that the press release factory will be slowing down.
And one more thing! You do know that we can see when your online; right? Its ok. Just put one toe in at a time and soon you will be swimming.
