That's odd... the DLB racing link says "Registration will open Monday, January 21, 2013 at 12:01 PM EST.
Maybe it's still out of sync with the new plan :-(

I did not get an email, the announcement on the SCCA web says to ignore any other source except the SCCA web so there is no official email, but whatthe hale do I know but that is what it said.

Now I just have to be late for a meeting to register. I hope the DLB website is ready for it. There's only about a thousand folks trying so it's not inconceivable. Good luck everybody!

I emailed the DLBRacing website last night and received a response this morning that said registration would open on Friday. Just before 6:00 pm est, I received the exact same email that Jim Drago got, see below:
