Congrats to Mark Drennan and Andrew.  Amazing run by Andrew since that is not a track that he runs much.  Brian, I was pulling for you, had a fast car, just took to long getting to third.

Drennan, new track record, lap 4   1:45.276.

 

And Carbonell, Ghidinelli and Kaiser bested the old track record.

1:45.263 for Kaiser in lap 4 is what I'm seeing.  Race was looking good until 2 through 4 started battling instead of working together and let Drennan check out.   After all the yellows at RA, it was probably everyone's mindset that go time started on the first lap.  The odds of the race staying green from start to finish had to be pretty small, so you can hardly fault people for their choices.

 

In any case congrats to Mark.  He had one hell of a year.  Hope all goes well in tech for all.

ProTip: Click on the podium icon on the upper right of Race Monitor and it'll change to a clock (sorts by time vs position).  Takes all the thinking out of it.

Can someone please post a list of each car in the race, their engine builder, and the correct year of the car (entry list has some wrong years on it).  

 

That would assist some of us as we eat popcorn during the next 5 days of post race tech inspection.
