If it was only one then we should probably not be afraid to say it. Its not like he will send his minions to kick your ass. Instead he might have a chance to address his accuser, one of the founding principles of law in the US.

just two of the community that speak openly, thought out or not.
Michael, my intent was to imply, just two, meaning two of the community that speak openly, thought out or not. I understand there are more of the community that speak, thought out or not.
As I continue reading the fast occurring posts about cars starting a race DFL and winning. This past summer my car started DFL, won and was 2nd in the race group to two ITS cars. A couple drivers commented, how'd the red car get so fast. It was curiously fun and then the SM drivers concluded I wasn't driving the car and they were correct. How many SM, I don't friking remember, maybe 6 or 8.

His name is not important, like his most of these cars end up non compliant through no fault of their own, besides choosing the wrong builder/service.

So this guys car was found non compliant via a technical inspection by a certified inspector and you won't post the name of the participant or his builder?
You are doing the SSM community a disservice if you have information about cars that are non-compliant but not sharing the information with the community. What if someone else is duped by this builder/service? Does that make you part of the solution or part of the problem.
I lost a race I won by 6 seconds earlier this year when the scales found my car light. I didn't have proof the scales were wrong and wrongly didn't protest the scales. Shortly thereafter the scales were sent off for calibration and found to be out of spec. I did a disservice to myself (2 tires) and others by not protesting what I thought were bad scales. I found out later they sent the scales off because they had so many people that were non compliant that same weekend. Wish they would have given my win and tires back.

DFL no way, how many cars did you have to pass?
24. I was there (and finished 8th). MPR was on fire that day for sure.
