For people who like to call BS, please follow through with the Kinsa data and report back. Commonly fever is listed as the first indicator of coronavirus.

"Kinsa's data is available for public and scientific analysis and the company plans to submit it to a medical journal soon."

Did you not read this a few paragraphs down the sane article?

“Fevers are often the first sign someone has coronavirus, which has spread quickly in large part because it can take days or even weeks for symptoms to appear.”

Fever is a symptom, so if it can take days or weeks for symptoms then that includes fever. Hardly likely to show almost immediate impact, though I admit that depends on how you define the terms. But even setting that aside, my response is “Duh! That's a few wasted minutes I won’t get back and memory cells that need to be purged in favor of something useful.”

Thats the nasty of it. You can have it for weeks before you know you have it. So out and about infecting everyone for weeks thinking you are ok. Mostly those ones WITH symptoms go get tested. Those who have no symptoms are not being tested. So our actual numbers are much much higher than currently reported. Right now we can just see the tip of the iceberg.

looks like the lock down helps. If you look at LA and Washington they are much lower than NY. NY has exploded. To compound the issue migration out of NY by those that "think" they are ok .

Best hope now is to keep the hospital demand as low as possible and hope the cocktail of meds to cure it works and can be made fast enough.

Or just say fudge it everyone is going to die sometime.

I'm not sure which is worse, dying from COVID, or reading engineers argue over who is the most correct.

And I used to complain about us going on about parity <_<

I would welcome that. There is not much enjoyment about talking "virus" 24/7

99s are evil ! They ruined the class. Long live the 1.6!!!!!

The 1.6 weight should be reduced to 2200 lbs. I can make weight.
