I just got off the phone with a student who raced the 13hr. Talking to him and remembered the F1 race today reminded me of a very important and rather old tip. You have got to learn how to blister a lap when called on. Second lap of a qualifier, start of race lap, restarting laps, pit in and pit out laps, closing lap in a tight battle with your FLR. Once at a top level, it separates the best finishers from the middle packers. The question is, how to improve in those scenarios??

Over the top or the down pull, which is your back side wipe orientation and why? I'm a top feeder because I like the way it looks in fancy hotels with the triangle.
