When I left the track a couple hours ago, I was told that there was still a lingering decision that the Stewards had yet to make and to expect a grid in the A.M. I don't have any other detils.

My guess the protester. If you lift in the kink, you're going to get run over/into. It is the last thing a following driver would expect and to check up would be disaster.

Unfortunately Brian ran into the back of Coello in the kink. According to Brian, Coello lifted, and Brian did not have time to react. Coellos car came round and they made contact again. Coellos car was damaged. Coello protested Brian and it was upheld, Brian appealed and lost on appeal.

That's unexpected. It hard to imagine Tony not being flat, or even slow enough through the kink that Brian would have an opportunity to make any contact with all the laps Tony's got there. But I guess anything is possible.

A couple of the Q runs have been as good as past races.
