It's so quiet you could hear aluminum shavings hitting the floor!

Why could it be taking so long to re-write the rules?  :nonono:

What is funny is that nobody at the track or listed at the bottom of this thread watching the thread even though they are in the know is saying squat.

Well, it looks like today's T2 race will have plenty of its own post-race drama. What a horrible start. Oy vey!

in the sportsmanship category and note to self, crew don't show ass at guy that after being collected himself and on 2 wheels is trying to apologize and say it wasn't his fault. Even the announcers said probably should see the replay there sportsmen.

Great race between the 2 guys that made it thru the melee.

Amazing that we have such a reputation for being rough drivers by the touring guys, but no major on track incidents in SM! Touring on the other hand was quite interesting!

........just passing my time waiting for info!

If I can recall a couple of diff. Runoffs they found a few cars (4 -6) not compliant and did nothing about them. Instead they swept it under the rug and just changed the rules the following year. If this is true I just hope scca grows some balls and hands out the dq. As much as they don't want to all it will do is make it a better class. This is why we have rules. If the law enforcement do not enforce the rules it will become a free for all and allow the rich to control the class.

1-9 from the protest, not the race before there is confusion. Although I heard one made it flying colors of the 9.

As I said earlier. People who protest deserve our respect. This is NOT easy to do. You get crucified and face some really unpopular backlash, and worse still, there is always the chance that despite finding Non Compliant stuff, it still might be overlooked or overturned on appeal.

I have respect for Jamie Tucker who cleaned up a BS car several years back, Cliff Brown for cleaning up Whistler Gate, and for Will Schrader for bringing the Short Side Radius to the public attention.
